He also sits as Professional Issues Director on the National Board of Directors of the Emergency Planning Society, holds the MBCI title within the Business Continuity Institute and lectures on Emergency Planning and Business Continuity at Queens University, Belfast.

With 15 years in N. Ireland’s emergency services and 5 years experience in the private security industry, Arthur has significant and varied knowledge and hands on experience of emergency and major incident planning. In his role as an emergency planning coordinator he has liaised with numerous statutory, voluntary, commercial and retail organisations.

Ron Woodham

 

 

Ron Woodham, Associate, EPS Crowd Management & Public Safety

Ron joined Kent Police in 1969 and served in a variety of roles whilst rising through the ranks. Notably he developed a keen interest in training and qualified with the Central Planning and Training Unit to become a National Trainer with responsibilities for running courses for senior commanders relating to public order and major sporting events.

Dr Stephan Harrison, Associate, EPS Flood Risk

Dr Stephan Harrison is an Associate Professor of Quaternary Science Senior Research Associate, at the Oxford University Centre for the Environment and is a Director of Climate Change Risk Management. He has a PhD in Quaternary Science and has gained over 20 years research experience in climate change and mountain geomorphology.
