EPS is delighted to be the only UK Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College (EPC) accredited supplier of training in Ireland.

All our course directors are Associate Course Directors of the EPC delivering a range of multi-agency training in support of local and national resilience.

Our Emergency Planning College courses are derived directly from the latest local and national guidance publications and other relevant guidance.  The courses are compliant with the requirements of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and the Northern Ireland Civil Contingencies Framework, designed for coherent progression to match your advancing development needs and based on interactive and participative teaching and learning methods.

At EPS we offer a training schedule of courses throughout the academic year that can be booked by individuals from an organisation.  Courses may also be purchased by the client organisation for in-house delivery.

Course Rates 2009/2010

Rate 1: £350 plus VAT

Delegates from organisations that fulfil a Category 1 Responders role as defined by the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and the Northern Ireland Civil Contingencies Framework.

Rate 2: £395 plus VAT

Delegates from Category 2 Responder organisations as defined by the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and the Northern Ireland Civil Contingencies Framework, Private Sector and Government Departments/Agencies and all other organisations.

Rate 3: £250 plus VAT

Delegates from voluntary organisations who have provided documentary evidence from a professional emergency planning body (eg a local authority emergency planning department) supporting their claim of an active role in an emergency.
