EPS brings a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of tests and exercises. We work closely with the client to develop a format that delivers the aim through achieving key objectives. We help develop a supporting scenario, inject feeds, validation criteria and delivery method that satisfy the client’s requirements.
We facilitate tests or exercises, co-ordinate de-briefing sessions, and produce a Post Test or Exercise Report to highlight major lessons identified and recommendations for improvement.
Our experience spans both the Public and Private Sectors. Recent examples include:
- A medium scale Control Room event for a Government Department aimed at validating their Information Management System that supported strategic decision-making, and at testing aspects of room layout, communications and ICT provision.
- A medium scale event for an international airport designed to enhance the awareness and competencies of key staff with roles to play in crisis and recovery management.
- A large scale event within a strategically significant UK Port facility that brought together several agencies, Public and Private Sector, to deal with the incident management and business recovery implications of an emergency.
