Counter Terrorism The threat of terrorism is a reality for Private and Public Sector organisations alike. Those potentially susceptible to the impacts of a terrorist attack include Government bodies but also importantly private sector organisations. The traditional view that such threats pertain to those involved in medical research or air travel, although valid, has broadened to include many other sectors such as retail or transport. Understanding the nature of the threat, what organisations can do about it and how the emergency responders may react is key to mitigating this problem.
