Consultants from EPS bring exposure to current standards and developments within the global field of Emergency Planning, Risk Management and Business Continuity Management. They are highly experienced within these fields, between them holding full membership of the Business Continuity Institute, Emergency Planning Society and the Institute of Civil Defence and Disaster Studies. Additionally EPS has representation on the National Board of Directors of the Emergency Planning Society. All EPS consultants are Associate Course Directors for the UK Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College. Our consultants have an impressive collective level of experience, having been involved throughout their careers in planning for, responding to and recovering from emergencies, crises and business interruptions. They have designed and delivered numerous exercises, tests and training sessions and provided related consultancy services to varied organisations within the private and public sectors. EPS consultants are fully trained and educated in a plethora of emergency, risk and continuity management specialities, having received world class training throughout their careers combined with professional development from the management schools of first rate universities. Our consultants are trained practitioners of PRINCE2, theproject management methodology increasingly opted for by both public and private sector organisations. At EPS we take the professional development of our consultants seriously as we view this the best way that we can ensure our clients receive the first rate service they deserve. Our consultants regularly attend symposiums and training events and we have strong links with the UK Civil Contingencies Secretariat, through the Emergency Planning College, and academic institutes that help us remain abreast of best practice. Our ability to deliver bespoke training and exercise services means that we can also enhance and develop existing emergency plans, ensuring that they are water tight.
